Tell me what happened. Every request is read by the founder, and you will get a decision at the email you use here. You do not need an account, and you do not need to sign in.

The refund policy

  • Submitting this form does not grant a refund. Every request is read and decided by the founder, one at a time.
  • We reply to the same email address you used here, with a decision. Please use the address you paid with so we can match your purchase.
  • If a refund is approved, we release it through our payment provider. It can take several business days to appear on your statement.
  • You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not by itself refund a charge you have already paid.
  • We may email you a question before deciding. We never ask for card details, and we never publish anything you send us.
